SKA Giano drinker for turkeys and ducks, is a reversible stainless steel hanging trough with an automatic float valve, that is usually hung against a wall, but can be used back to back in other positions.
In one position it offers a narrow quite shallow gully, with an overhanging roof, for poults from 8 days old, or ducklings.
Turned the other way, a much wider and deeper trough is presented to larger turkeys for unrestricted access from about 40 days of age onwards.
Experiences on farms in different countries, climates and environments has shown that litter stays drier generally, because of reduced wastage.
The amount of water used by ducks is reduced dramatically by up to 50%.
The stainless steel trough can be supplied 1.90 metres long for 200 birds, 2.90 metres long for 300 birds, or longer subject to minimum quantities.
