The SKA Pipeline 63, suitable for meal or for a variety of sizes of pellets is a very well made, ultra reliable and long lasting recirculating feed conveyor with a capacity of about 1600 kilograms per hour, capable of circuit lengths up to 300 metres, depending upon the number of corners. The high tensile steel chain has nylon discs, and runs inside 63mm diameter plastic tubing to ensure quiet, trouble free operation. The drive unit has a stainless steel enclosure, with a tranparent front cover. The feed intake can be free standing, or connected directly to the silo. For a more accurate and even distribution of feed, an intake hopper with an internal, motorized filling system is available. Various feed outlets, including motorized and pneumatic automatic valves are available, for filling individual or communal hoppers or troughs, using 63mm, 80mm, or 100mm diameter down tubes.
