SKA Automatic Pipeline Feeder 45

The SKA pipeline 45 recirculating conveyor features a high tensile galvanized steel rope, fitted with nylon 'discs', running at 26 metres per minute inside 45mm diameter galvanized steel tubes up to a length of 300 metres, with seven corners.
The capacity is around 700 Kilograms per hour, depending upon the density of the feed.
For meal the disc are 35mm in diameter, and for pellets a rope with 30mm discs is available.
The independent drive unit has a stainless steel frame with a transparent cover, and the intake hopper can be connected directly to a feed silo, or stand alone and be filled by an auger or by gravity.
A further option is a hopper with a built in auger to ensure that feed flows freely and adjustment of the capacity is easy and accurate.
A variety of outlets for 50mm, 63mm or 80mm diameter drop pipes, with or without shut off slats, are available.
